We proudly create premium quality garments, to be loved, worn and enjoyed. However, If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase.  

Please read our 'returns & exchange policy' below and if eligible, you may visit our returns portal HERE to begin your return. 

RETURNS POLICY 

EOFY SALE T&C: Sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. Sale excludes jewellery. 

  • We offer returns on all full priced items at belleandsun.com
  • This excludes jewellery. Jewellery is not eligible for returns/refunds and is excluded from our return policy.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date item(s) are received. Unfortunately Return requests outside of this date window will not be accepted.
  • Please note, Pre-order, Sale Items & Gift cards are deemed final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • Preorder items are not eligible to be returned for a credit, exchange or refund.
  • Sale/Discounted items are strictly final sale and not eligible to be returned for a credit, exchange or refund.
  • We offer store credit, over direct garment exchanges, which you may use to purchase your desired item.
  • All swimwear that is tried on must be worn with undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain on the garment in place. Returns will not be accepted if removed or altered.
  • All items must be in original condition, with tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 
  • Shipment return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Kindly note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
