Return & Exchange Policy

Thank-you for purchasing from Belle & Sun. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or if you have any question’s please do not hesitate to contact us via email at: hello@belleandsun.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

BLACK FRIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Kindly note, All Sale Orders are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 
  • There may be Shipping delays due to high volume of orders. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking, as soon as your order ships. 
  • Free Gift with all orders over $200* You must add the "Free Gift item" to cart, to claim your free gift. Kindly note, we are unable to do this for you and any orders who have not done so, will not be able to claim. We can not send the gift separately once your order has been paid and confirmed. 
  • If you have purchased a Preorder item, together with a regular item, your order will ship all together once that preorder is in stock. Should you wish to have your orders sooner, please place seperate orders.
  • Kindly note, Jewellery & Gift Cards are excluded from the storewide sale*
  • Discount Codes & Free Shipping codes are not valid during the sale period.

  • We offer exchanges on all full priced Belle & Sun items.
  • This excludes jewellery. Jewellery is not eligible for returns and is excluded from our return policy.
  • Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • Kindly note, Pre-Orders and Sale Items are final + non-refundable/exchangeable. 
  • International returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase exchange requests received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • We also offer size/product exchanges or store credit note on all full priced items purchased within 14days online belleandsun.com
  • All swimwear that is tried on must be worn with undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain on the garment in place. Returns will not be accepted if removed or altered
  • All items must be in original condition, with tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
  • Kindly note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 
  • Kindly note, We do not offer refunds for shipping costs.

 

SIZING ISSUES

We encourage you to check our size guide and choose items carefully. Most of our garment listings have additional sizing information. If in doubt please contact us and we will gladly assist you at hello@belleandsun.com 

In the event of incorrect sizing, Returns must be returned to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received.

Item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered in any way. Swing tags must be in good condition and remain in place. 

In-line with Australian Consumer Law, return shipping (back to our address) and associated costs are to be paid by the customer (unless the item is deemed faulty). We recommend you return your item/s with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for any missing returns. If the returned item is under the threshold amount for free shipping, then the customer will pay for return shipping (back to the customer) for the new/exchanged item (unless the item is deemed faulty).

WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

The quickest way to ensure you receive an exchange of item due to sizing issues, is to return the item you have. Once we have accepted your return request, you may make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit note number you receive from us. Please email us at hello@belleandsun.com we will be more than happy to assist you through the exchange process. Please be advised that due to our very limited runs, it is possible that the item you desire could become unavailable during this process. 

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM/S?

All sale purchases are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or credit notes on these items. This includes flash sales and promo code sale.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please submit your return request to hello@belleandsun.com as soon as possible. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care, general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item. If we are unable to do this, we will offer you a full refund.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCLE/CHANGE MY ORDER

Unfortunately, once an order has been made, it is not possible for us to modify or cancel the order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@belleandsun.com prior to purchase. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MY GARMENT RETURNED?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Belle & Sun is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. You can choose how you would like to send back your items by selecting either to ship with a carrier of your own choice or use a prepaid label provided by us. The cost of prepaid labels for fault/error orders are free, the cost of refunded labels are shown. The cost of labels will be deducted from the returned amount.
