US SHIPPING UPDATE
Australia post has announced the temporary suspension of some postal services to the US & Puerto Rico - effective immediately.
Unfortunately this means we have had to turn off US shipping while we await information. Any orders placed prior to 26 August will still be fulfilled once preorder items arrive, via DHL.
Thankyou for your understanding and we hope to have our US friends wearing belle & sun again soon!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders that are placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same business day* (Monday - Friday) Excludes Preorder Items. Please Note: After a launch, processing times may be delayed, due to an increased volume of orders.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic & International)
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Please note: after a launch, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
- For International information regarding shipping fees, duties and taxes, please email us at hello@belleandsun.com. Customers are responsible for local taxes, tarifs and duties within their country. We do not refund shipping fees for parcels returned back to us due to customs issues. If your parcel requires re-shipping the return cost must be paid by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RESHIPPING FEES
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-collection, or failed delivery the following reshipping fees apply:

International Standard Shipping: $25 AUD

Express shipping $12 (1-3 business days)
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $150+ (Not Valid through Sale periods)

Standard International Shipping $25.00 (1-3 weeks on average)

PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. We do not allow cancelations or refunds on preorders, should you wish to exchange your item please contact us as soon as possible at hello@belleandsun.com.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
Please note, if you wish to return a pre-order item for an exchange or refund, you will have 7 days from the date received to request your return.
